In the early 60’s Johann and Phillip, son’s of JJ Dempers, joined the business. The company, JJ Dempers (Pty) Ltd was formed in 1967 with JJ Dempers and he’s two son’s as directors. During 2005 A Dempers was appointed as director, being the third generation to join the company.

Through the years our Company has proven its worth through quality and craftsmanship. New personnel are trained on a yearly basis in key positions in order to accomplish our success. Each building manager and/or foremen have obtained at least a building management diploma and have received training in the trade. Our personnel are well stabilized in our company and have work experience over the years with an average of 12 to 45 years. We have established our company in the market and proven ourselves to be able to tackle any project. Our reputation speaks for itself in areas such as Paarl, Wellington, Fraschhoek and Stellenbosch. We concentrate on high quality building projects as our personnel have been trained to do best.

We provide our customers with a full service starting from the planning stage to handing over of the finished project, that being the reason that 87% of our work is handled on a negotiable level. Where possible we prefer to start planning the project with our client and the architect. As soon as enough information has been gathered we are then able to establish a price where the client is more than welcome to do their homework as to whether the price is market related. The project starts as soon as the client is completely satisfied that the price is market related. It is however unnecessary for the architect or the client to play the role of foreman as we have qualified personnel or project managers on site at all times.

J J Dempers constantly employs the latest technology and attend all the necessary courses to ensure the company stays updated in the market place.

J J Dempers is currently widely represented on technical comities and training comities, as well as the executive comities of the local and National Building Association.
